  • Professional Development: Head to the Auditorium! Here you’ll find professional development sessions for the following:
    • Performing Arts
    • Visual Arts
    • Literary Arts
    • Folklife and Traditional Arts
    • Teaching Artist Foundations
    • Business of Teaching Artistry
  • Livestream Sessions: Head to the Auditorium! At the top you’ll see a menu bar with all of the different areas. Click the “Live Sessions” tab and you’ll see a list of any upcoming live sessions. Once a live event has started, you’ll see a “join” button to view the live feed!
  • SCAC Resources/Information: Head to the Resource Room where you’ll find a link to SCAC Resources. This is where you will find all the information you need on Communications and Processes.
  • National/Regional Resources: Inside the Resource Room, you’ll see links to national and regional organizations that will be relevant to teaching artists.

No - the Teaching Artist Symposium is provided to our verified teaching artists at no cost.

The symposium will be on demand indefinitely, however we may make updates and changes to the platform periodically. Make sure to keep checking back in to see our newest features in action!
Yes, live sessions are recorded and posted for on-demand viewing. You can find them in the On-Demand auditorium within 24-48 hours after they happen.
During a live session, you can contact technical support through the technical support chat option. Outside of live sessions, please contact Jennifer Coffey at VTL@artsgrowsc.org.
